We understand that sometimes things come up, and you may need to cancel, however a 48 hour notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations will result in the forfeiture of your deposit, and a new depsoit will be required to rebook. If you are unable to make you appointment, please notify us at (980) 225-6303 💌 Booking & Deposits A 30% deposit is required to secure your appointment. All deposits are non refundable but can be transferred to new appointment with 48 hours notice. This deposit will be applied to your service. Late Cancellations/rescheduling will result in forfeiture of deposit. No-Show Policy If you are unable to attend your appointment without notifying us, you will be charged the remaining 100% of the service fee. Late Arrivals We kindly offer a 10 minute grace period for late arrivals. Should you arrive after this time you appointment may need to be reschedule at the discretion of the stylist, and your deposit will be forfeited. Refunds & Adjustments All services are non-refundable, however If you are unsatisfied, I will be happy to offer any adjustments within 3 days of you appointment to ensure your satisfaction. Extra Guests To preserve a serene and relaxing atmosphere, we kindly ask that you refrain from bringing extra guests or children unless they have a scheduled appointment.
